Signature Impressions is a Sole Trader company run by Freelancer Kat Hilliard. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Kat moved to Scotland in 2019 and has since made it her forever home. With over five years’ strategic planning and fundraising experience she has learned how to identify funding opportunities with high probability rates against time-cost production in order to best achieve fundraising targets. She has experience with various customer relationship management databases – creating support for stakeholders, managing day-to-day activities and building strategic plans that focus on the supporter journey. Kat has achieved success in securing six-figure grants for both an individual year and multi-year funding – building long-term sustainability for organisations. Working with grassroots organisations and large national charities, her diversity brings a clear understanding of the third sector climate.
With over three years’ experience in sales and marketing, Kat works with the professional to address their needs and goals in the most cost-effective and timely manner. Kat’s background includes knowledge in social media marketing, hosting launch events, and building promotional materials. With skills in pinpointing the target audience and understanding how best to communicate with them in order to achieve success, Kat aims to demonstrate how marketing can work for both the vender and consumer.
When not at work, Kat is either spending time in the sun reading, or with her partner traveling around Scotland to enjoy the beautiful landscape. With a love for hiking and being near any body of water, the personality behind Signature Impressions is one of creativity, ambition and dedication.
